Today I won’t have time to sew, so I’m daydreaming, both about my current project, and about other things I’d like to try in the future.
My nephew Ethan is a big fan of puppets! He loves the puppet shows on his Baby Einstein DVD’s; he loves all his puppet toys; he cracks up at the first sight of a puppet – even before his momma puts on a show.
My husband suggested that for his birthday this summer, I should try my hand at puppetmaking. I think it sounds like fun! Bright colored felt and the freedom to decorate very creatively? Sounds like a good project for a rainy afternoon sometime soon. If and when I get around to it, I’ll be sure to post.
